Stephen Minar

Stephen Minar is a Managing Director at BlackRock since May 2015, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Morgan Stanley, where Minar served as Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Retail Products Group from July 2007 to May 2015, and as Assistant Vice President in the Research department focusing on Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) and Closed-End Funds (CEFs). In the ECM team, Minar played a crucial role in structuring and selling closed-end fund initial public offerings and secondary market equity capital issuance, while also facilitating communication between Global Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Minar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University's Williams College of Business, earned in 2007.
