Thomas Hale

Thomas Hale is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Pricing at BlackRock, where they evaluate pricing decisions across various asset classes and client segments. They have held several leadership roles at BlackRock, including Chief Operating Officer for EMEA ETF and Director of iShares Product Development. Prior to BlackRock, Thomas worked at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking as an Analyst and at Northern Trust Corporation in Product Development. They earned a BSc Hons in Business Finance from City, University of London, where they graduated with first-class honors.
