Tom Carnegie

Tom Carnegie is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Asia Pacific at BlackRock, a role they assumed in 2025. Previously, they served as Account Director at SEC Newgate UK and Marketing & Communications Lead for EMEA and East NOAM at Re-Leased. Tom began their career in journalism as a News Reporter for outlets including Last Word Media Ltd and Stuff, and they completed internships with the New Zealand Herald. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Otago and a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications from AUT University.
