With over 20 years of experience in the conferencing and audio-visual industries, they previously served as the Director of Workplace Conferencing Services at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they developed innovative conferencing technology standards and support models. During their tenure, they implemented transformative collaboration concepts that enhanced employee experiences and fostered a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Tom attended Villanova University from 2014 to 2015 and studied at the School of Visual Arts from 1988 to 1991.
