Tom Strong

Tom Strong is a Vice President at BlackRock, where since August 2020, responsibilities include sourcing, structuring, executing, and managing fundamental long/short investments across public and private markets for actively managed multi-strategy funds. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Associate and Investment Analyst at RBC Capital Markets during June to August 2019, and as a Co-Founder of Maite Microfinance, a microfinance platform focused on providing philanthropic microloans to startups in the agricultural sector in Lima, Peru, in May to August 2018. Tom Strong holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, completed in 2020, and obtained an International Baccalaureate from Atlanta International School from 2007 to 2016.
