Tracey Grant is the Managing Director of the Americas Institutional Business at BlackRock, where they lead business development initiatives and foster investment capabilities for institutional investors. With extensive experience in the global asset management industry, Tracey has previously served as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Vanguard and held leadership roles at Aberdeen Standard Investments, managing significant teams and assets. Tracey’s track record includes achieving record-breaking revenue growth in emerging markets and championing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies. They have also honed their investment acumen as a Global Fixed Income Investment Manager at Worldinvest and as an Investment Consultant, advising high-net-worth clients on global investment strategies. Tracey is currently pursuing an MBA at INSEAD.
