Truman Du is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in fundamental active equities. Currently serving at BlackRock since 2024, Truman has previously co-founded and led Genuine Impact as CEO from 2019 to 2024. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ninety One in 2017-2018 and multiple tenures at BlackRock from 2011 to 2017, culminating in a foundational position in fundamental active equities. Truman began a career in finance with summer analyst roles at BlackRock and Dickstein Shapiro LLP in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Academic credentials include a BA in Business, Organization & Society and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and a BS in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
