Yi Lu

Yi Lu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and trading strategies. Currently serving as a Director and Vice President at BlackRock since May 2015, Yi Lu specializes in Systematic and Model-Based Fixed Income strategies. Previous roles at BlackRock included Associate and Research Intern. Prior to joining BlackRock, Yi Lu held key positions at Shanghai Newli Investment Consulting Inc., where trading strategies were developed and optimized, and Shanghai Guanhan Investment Consulting Inc., where intraday trading strategies were also a focus. In the early career, Yi Lu managed a trading department at Swifttrade, leading a team of traders to achieve significant net profits. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
