AI strategy without business value is theater. AI adoption without governance is exposure. The opportunity is to help companies find the value, control the risk, and build a roadmap that leadership can fund, measure, and trust.

Blacksite AI helps midmarket companies safely adopt AI by identifying shadow AI, classifying AI use cases, reviewing vendors, mapping governance controls, and producing board-ready evidence in weeks, not quarters.

I founded Blacksite AI as a personal innovation lab focused on practical AI governance, responsible adoption, and decision-support design wrapped in a unified platform.

Blacksite AI Value & Risk Assurance Suite "The Six" is an executive assessment system that helps companies quantify AI value, design the AI governance operating model, and contain the risks created by shadow AI, weak data provenance, unreliable outputs, and unmanaged AI vendors.
