Katie Keane

Katie Keane is the VP of Legal at BlackSky. Katie has over ten years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. Katie Keane began their legal career as a summer associate at Alston & Bird LLP in 2008. Katie then worked as an associate at Alston & Bird from 2010 to 2014 before moving to McGuireWoods LLP, where they worked as a restructuring & insolvency associate from 2014 to 2018. In January 2018, Katie Keane joined Constellis as counsel and remained in that position until December 2019, when they joined BlackSky as VP, Legal.

Katie Keane first attended the University of Mississippi where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies. Katie then went on to The University of Alabama School of Law where they obtained their Doctor of Law.
