Tracy Ward

Tracy Ward is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as SVP and Controller at BlackSky since April 2019, Tracy has previously held significant roles at Intersections Inc., including Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, where responsibilities encompassed complex corporate transaction accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate tax function management. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Freddie Mac and PwC. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
