Ralph Lee

Ralph Lee is an experienced HR professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder of GyG since February 2019 and as a Senior HR Manager at Blackstone Consulting, Inc. since November 2018. Ralph has a strong background in human resources, having held managerial positions at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included developing employee relations initiatives and driving engagement across the enterprise from April 2013 to December 2017. Previous roles also include advising students at American InterContinental University and serving as an HR Manager at UPS, where responsibilities encompassed policy communication and development. Ralph holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and an MBA in Marketing from AIU.
