At Blackstone Search Group, we take an unorthodox approach to recruiting—because the best talent isn’t actively looking.

We partner with North American and international manufacturers across machine tools, precision tooling, industrial automation, material handling, packaging machinery, and advanced manufacturing technologies to identify and attract high-impact, passive candidates who drive measurable results.

Our focus is simple, find the people your competitors can’t.

What We Do

We specialize in recruiting for critical roles that directly impact revenue, operations, and growth, including:

Executive Leadership (CEO, VP Sales, Director-level)
Regional & Territory Sales
Sales Engineers & Application Engineers
Field Service & Technical Support
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls)
Quality & Operations Leadership
Skilled Trades (Machinists, CNC Programmers)
How We’re Different

Most recruiters rely on job boards and inbound applicants.
We don’t.

We proactively engage top-performing professionals—many of whom are not on the market—through targeted outreach, deep industry mapping, and direct relationships built within the manufacturing sector.

Our clients trust us because we:

Deliver qualified, vetted candidates—not resumes
Understand the technical and commercial nuances of industrial markets
Move with urgency while maintaining precision in candidate alignment
Operate with discretion when hiring for confidential or strategic roles

Our Approach
We don’t just fill positions—we build long-term partnerships.

Whether supporting a retained search or a strategic hire, our process is designed to identify candidates who:

Make an immediate impact
Align with your culture
Elevate your organization’s performance
Who We Work With

We partner with OEMs, distributors, and industrial technology companies across North America and globally, helping them compete for talent in a highly competitive market.
