Andrew Fleming

Andrew Fleming possesses extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Blackstone since March 2018, where responsibilities have included Vice President and Assistant Vice President within the same department. Prior to this, Andrew worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, focusing on Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2016 to March 2018. Academic contributions include serving as a Research Assistant for Professor Roberta S. Karmel at Brooklyn Law School and holding various internships in esteemed legal settings, such as the U.S. District Court, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, and a summer fellowship at American University Washington College of Law. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Siena College.
