Bill Wang

Bill Wang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, currently serving as a Principal at The Blackstone Group since 2019, focusing on the consumer, education, and healthcare sectors in Asia. Prior to this role, Bill worked at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2017 as a Vice President in private equity, where responsibilities included investments in consumer, healthcare, and technology sectors across Asia, as well as consumer-focused investments in North America. Bill began the career at CICC as an Analyst from 2008 to 2010, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financial institutions group, and real estate. Academically, Bill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University, and a dual degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Peking University.
