Christie Walker

Christie Walker is a Principal at Blackstone since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in real estate investment and acquisitions. Prior to Blackstone, Christie served as a Senior Acquisitions Manager at Lendlease from January 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included executing the acquisitions investment strategy for residential and commercial developments, managing deal teams, and leading financial modeling and due diligence. Christie also created an acquisitions framework for NYC and was recognized as a global subject matter expert for deal structuring. Previous roles include Associate positions at Wood Partners, RXR Realty, and TF Cornerstone, where Christie focused on sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting investment opportunities in the NY Tri-State area, contributing to significant multi-family developments. Christie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Italian from New York University, earned in 2008.
