Eric Wu is a seasoned professional in real estate finance, currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Real Estate Debt Capital Markets at Blackstone since September 2018, while also holding the position of Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Americas. Prior to Blackstone, Eric Wu was a Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, leading the Head of Originations for Commercial Real Estate Lending from September 2013 to September 2018. Eric Wu began a career at Morgan Stanley, progressing from Associate in the Principal Transactions Group to Executive Director in Commercial Real Estate Lending over an eleven-year period. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics and BA in Chemistry from Duke University.
