Hend Chambers is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in capital structure advisory and restructuring. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Blackstone since August 2025, Chambers previously held the same title at Guggenheim Partners from September 2018 to July 2025, following the acquisition of Millstein & Co., where Chambers was a Vice President specializing in restructuring from July 2015 to September 2018. Earlier career experience includes a role as an Associate in the Global Restructuring Group at RBS from August 2010 to July 2015. Hend Chambers holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College.
