Jack Pitts

Jack Pitts is a Managing Director of the Hedge Fund Solutions Group. Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Pitts has been involved in the legal structuring of the group’s customized multi-manager portfolios as well as the review, analysis and negotiation of investments by the Hedge Fund Solutions Special Situations Investing Group and other direct trading platforms and investment opportunities.

Before joining Blackstone in 2012, Mr. Pitts was an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP where he focused on advising sponsors of, and institutional investors in, private investment funds.

Mr. Pitts received a BS in Financial Management from Hillsdale College and a JD from Howard University School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Howard Law Journal.
