Jamie Yan has extensive experience in portfolio management and investment analysis, currently serving as a Principal at Blackstone since August 2019, following roles as a Senior Associate and Associate. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Realterm from August 2015 to August 2019 as an Associate and Analyst, managing a significant airport-centric industrial fund and underwriting over $200M in industrial developments and acquisitions. Jamie possesses strong expertise in financial modeling, market research, and team coordination, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
