Janice Lin

Janice Lin is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Canada at Blackstone since May 2022. In addition, Janice holds a board member position with the Ontario Provincial Advisory Board of Heart & Stroke as of October 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Houselink & Mainstay, including the Housing Committee, from 2017 until December 2023. Prior board roles include positions at Sunrise Senior Living and Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited in 2021. Janice previously served as Chief Investment Officer at Revera Inc. and held various roles at CPP Investments from 2010 to 2020, ultimately focusing on direct private equity and real estate investments. Other notable experiences include positions at Ultimate Software, Canyon Capital, and JER Partners. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where Janice graduated Cum Laude. Additionally, Janice completed the Women on Boards executive education program at Harvard Business School in 2019.
