Jesse Cotter

Jesse Cotter has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Blackstone since October 2016, where roles have included Principal and Vice President. Prior to this, Jesse worked at Legg Mason from October 2010 to September 2016 as Sales Director for both the NBD and IAD Channels, focusing on mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and ETFs in the Texas and Louisiana regions. Experience also includes roles as Region Vice President at Columbia Management and Riversource Investments, and President at CJ Cotter Management Corp. Jesse started a career in financial services as Field Vice President at Ameriprise Financial Advisors from 1991 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from West Virginia University and certification as a Certified Investment Management Analyst from the Investment Management Consultants Association.
