Jonathan Duber is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Principal at Blackstone since May 2022, Jonathan previously held the position of Director at GTIS Partners from October 2013 to April 2022, focusing on acquisitions. Prior to that, Jonathan worked at Deutsche Bank AG as a Vice President and Acquisitions Associate from July 2011 to October 2013, where responsibilities included analyzing significant real estate financing opportunities and participating in a large loan origination and securitization team. Jonathan began a career at Deutsche Bank as a Summer Analyst in 2010 and has also held analyst roles in Global Markets. In earlier experience, Jonathan interned at Farr, Miller & Washington LLC and Cassidy and Pinkard. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, completed in 2011.
