Kai R.

Kai R. currently serves as a Quant Developer at Blackstone, starting in September 2025. Prior to this role, Kai R. was a Senior Consultant at KWA Analytics from December 2022 to September 2025. Previously, from October 2010 to May 2020, Kai R. held multiple positions at Barclays, including Director of Commodity Index & Quantitative Strategies Trading and Commodity Exotic Derivatives Trader, and also completed an internship as a Trader in summer 2010. Earlier experience includes an internship at Jane Street Capital as a Trader in the summer of 2009. Kai R. holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from the same institution, graduated in 2010.
