Matthew Field

Matthew Field is a collaborative and solutions-oriented operations professional with extensive experience managing global teams in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Blackstone, Matthew has developed a front-to-back understanding of securities trading, post-trade processing, and reconciliation. Previously, they held various key positions at Goldman Sachs, including Global Head of Ledger Integrity Operations and Global Head of Books and Records Change Management and Control Solutions Operations, where they oversaw regulatory functions and designed operational frameworks. Matthew began their career at National Bank Financial, and they hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from McMaster University.
