Matthew Wallace has extensive experience in the finance sector, primarily in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Principal in Private Equity at Blackstone since September 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Associate at the same firm from December 2016 to July 2019, and worked as an Associate in Private Equity at Blackstone earlier in his career. Prior to this, Matthew gained experience as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs from February 2015 to December 2016, and completed a Summer Analyst role at Goldman Sachs in 2012. Matthew's academic background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
