Michael Diverio

Michael Diverio is a Managing Director in Infrastructure. He joined Blackstone in 2020 and focuses on investments in the transportation and communications sectors.

Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Diverio spent 11 years in private equity, most recently at Apollo Global Management, where he was involved in the investments in Direct ChassisLink (DCLI), Blume Global, and Qdoba Mexican Eats, and served on the Board of Directors of DCLI, Blume Global, Qdoba, and CEC Entertainment. Mr. Diverio began his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division.

Mr. Diverio received a BS in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University where he graduated magna cum laude, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
