Scott Newman

Scott Newman is a finance professional with extensive experience in credit and investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Blackstone in the Blackstone Credit division since September 2024, Scott previously held the position of Investment Manager at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in the ICG Direct Lending team from June 2022 to September 2024. Prior to that, Scott worked as an Investment Associate at Rothschild & Co in the Five Arrows Private Credit division from July 2017 to June 2022. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, completed in 2016, and an International Baccalaureate from Sevenoaks School, which was achieved in 2013.
