Timo Pantsari

Timo Pantsari is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in executive roles, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Field CTO at Blackstone since August 2025, where involvement in value-creation programs across the global portfolio is a key responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Sponda Ltd from September 2018 to July 2025, where Timo transformed ICT operations to the highest global standard among Blackstone portfolio companies. Timo has also held senior advisory positions at Sofigate, strategic program leadership roles at OP Financial Group, and various managerial positions at IBM and Tieto, focusing on turnaround management, complex project delivery, and operational excellence. Timo holds a Master’s in Science in Economics from Hanken School of Economics and additional executive management training from the Stockholm School of Economics.
