Adam Sharp

Adam Sharp has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Adam is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at BlackStrap® since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Verdes Cannabis from December 2022 to March 2023. From October 2016 to the present, Adam served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at The Hawthorne Gardening Company. In this role, they led team development, operational integrations, capital and technology projects, as well as the expansion and consolidation of manufacturing and distribution operations in North America. Before joining The Hawthorne Gardening Company, Adam held multiple positions at Botanicare, including Chief Executive Officer from April 2012 to October 2016. During their tenure, they strategically expanded the company's product portfolio and developed a strong professional team. Adam's earlier roles at Botanicare include Chief of Operations, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Warehouse Manager.

Adam Sharp has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Arizona. Adam also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix.
