At the Blackstreet Foundation (Lanre Ojelabi Empowerment Foundation - Nigeria), our mission is to break every barrier to education, economic independence, personal development, and social success within the Black community. We believe that with the right opportunities, knowledge, and support systems, every individual can rise to their highest potential.

We accomplish this by focusing on five pillars:
1. Empowerment & Economic Advancement
To empower individuals and families to build lasting generational wealth through financial literacy, investment education, and practical tools for economic growth.

2. Scholarship & Educational Access
To expand opportunities for academic excellence by providing scholarships, educational support, and pathways that help learners achieve their career and life goals.

3. Holistic Mentorship for All
To offer structured mentorship programs that support personal growth, leadership development, and professional readiness for people across all stages of life.

4. Building the 21st-Century Man
To cultivate responsible, emotionally intelligent, and purpose-driven men through mentorship programs tailored to the realities of modern life. We focus on character, leadership, financial discipline, family values, and community responsibility.

5. Newcomer Integration & Support
To support newcomers to Canada with mentorship, community integration, financial and career guidance, and practical resources that help them settle, succeed, and build meaningful futures.
Our Vision is to build a stronger, more inclusive, and dignified Black community—where everyone has the tools, confidence, and support to thrive.
