Tom Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and Salesforce implementations. As the Co-Founder of BlackTab Solutions since 2015, Tom specializes in solution design, implementation, development, and administration. Previously, as a Senior Salesforce.com Consultant from 2009 to 2015, Tom oversaw consumer call center implementations in Kamloops, British Columbia, and consolidated multiple legacy systems into a unified solution. Tom's experience at Salesforce.com from 2003 to 2009 involved developing business rules for the Comergent Product Model and managing teams of administrators. Earlier roles include Business System Administrator/Business Analyst at Proxim Wireless, where Tom facilitated a system transition for global sales teams, and a position as BA at Stanford Hospital & Clinics. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego and graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory.
