BlackTimber Defense builds tools that work in the places doctrine forgets. We’re a shop that makes hardened, field-ready systems for shaping terrain, stopping routes, and degrading an adversary’s ability to act — fast, quietly, and reliably. Our designs are made to be put in the ground or on a vehicle in hours, survive rough conditions, and give small teams asymmetric options where conventional answers fail.

What we build
Killwire V1.5 Fangtail — a rapid-deploy winch system for route interdiction and battlefield segmentation.
BlackEcho — a darknet honeypot and analytics engine that profiles hostile behavior and feeds actionable intel into operators.
Blackline Array & Razorline KR-Series — scalable, networked denial and razorwire systems for area control and convoy protection.

Why it matters
Modern conflicts are messy, distributed, and often decided at the margins. We focus on practical, repeatable solutions that reduce risk to people, buy time for commanders, and shape outcomes before kinetic options are necessary. No theater theater noise — just rugged hardware, clear doctrine, and repeatable results.

The team
Elijah Black — Founder & CEO. System architect and the strategic lead behind our platforms.
Tim McCraw — Lead Fabrication Engineer (6314/6012 USMC). CAD, SolidWorks, production planning.
Donovan Mardis — Strategic Relations & Outreach (7314 USMC Sgt). Field validation, ISR integration, government liaison.
Kelley Gibbs — Logistics & Vendor Ops (7314 USMC). Procurement, fabrication readiness, OSHA-certified safety lead.
