Blackwire’s head office is situated in Dubai the business hub of the UAE. The founders and Management Team are; Mr. Rashad Al-Moosa (Partner and CFO), Mr Ali Al-Madani (Partner and President), Mr. Theodore Polykandriotis (Business Development Director) and Mr. Samit Athavale (Director, Programming and Solutions).

The founders have 25 years of experience in the mobile phone industry cumulatively in the fields of development programming and distribution.
