Simone Perry is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in inside sales and sales operations. Currently serving as Director of Inside Sales and Sales Operations at BLACKWOOD since November 2021, Simone has developed training programs for new hires and enhanced sales efficiency through proactive process improvement. Prior to this role, Simone was a key contributor at memoryBlue, rising through the ranks to Director of High Growth and achieving record revenue milestones. This includes recognition for leading the largest team in the company and multiple placements in the Presidents Club. Simone's career began at James Madison University as a Student Advisor, and earlier experience includes a successful stint in outside sales with a top performance ranking. Simone is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Management at Harvard University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
