Blackworks Capital is a systematic investment management firm. The BWC Founders Fund is its inaugural fund — built first to manage the Founder's own capital.

That origin shapes everything. Every investor sits alongside us under identical terms, identical risk, and identical rules. Alignment here is not a talking point. It is structural.

The Fund is governed by the Five Forces Framework — a proprietary, rules-based system that translates macroeconomic conditions, price action, derivatives structure, fundamental valuation, and behavioral extremes into algorithmic portfolio decisions without discretionary override.

Investors speak directly with the Founder and Fund Manager — not a sales desk.

Systematic Discipline. Radical Transparency. Partnership Alignment.
