Jonathan Cheng

Jonathan Cheng is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and financial operations. Currently serving as Director at BLADE since October 2022, Jonathan previously held positions as Associate at LiquidX from October 2019 to October 2022 and at City Financial Investment Company Limited from August 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, Jonathan worked as Manager at The Carlyle Group's Emerging Sovereign Group from March 2011 to January 2017, where responsibilities included implementing proprietary trade capture systems and performing backtesting. Earlier in the career, Jonathan served as Analyst at Davidson Kempner Capital Management and as Associate at Bank of America. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Global Marketing from Binghamton University School of Management and also attended the University of Sydney in 2004.
