Will Smith is an experienced managing consultant specializing in executive search for scale-up software companies at BlairWest since April 2019, focusing on recruiting for senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management. Previously, Will served as a senior consultant at BMC Recruitment Group, developing the Sales and Marketing offering.
