Michael Kasimatis

Michael Kasimatis is currently the Co-Founder and COO of BlakBear since June 2017. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Research Associate in Clinical Trials at Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst from September 2015 to September 2016, focusing on artificial vascular grafts and GMP manufacturing. Michael also served as a Consultant for Tissue Processing Operations at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust from April 2014 to September 2016, specializing in SQL schema design and data operations. Michael holds a PhD in Bioengineering from Imperial College London, an MSc in Nanotechnology and Regenerative Medicine from UCL, and a BSc in Chemistry from Durham University.
