Crystal Yoder

Crystal Yoder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and operations management. Currently serving as a Service Coordinator at Blake & Pendleton Inc. since July 2022, Yoder previously held significant roles at Havco Wood Products LLC, including Lead Buyer and Purchasing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, inventory management, budgeting, and vendor relationship building. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Subway, overseeing teams and operations across multiple locations, and progressing from a Clamp Truck Operator to Team Lead at Kimberly-Clark, where initial responsibilities included loading and unloading operations. Yoder holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Career College, completed in 2015.
