Blan Capital is a family-owned investment management firm which focuses on sourcing and managing residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use real estate and related equity investments.

With international experience in emerging and developed markets such as Turkey, Germany, and Canada, we are a value-oriented investment firm that seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns by targeting opportunities to acquire or capitalize assets which are undervalued, overlooked, complex or mismanaged. Our strategy is to asses the most efficient way to operate a property to generate returns by recognizing potential, reducing operating expenses, increasing tenant/guest satisfaction, and leveraging market trends to maintain a property’s long-term competitive edge.
