Eric Johnson is a technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Blank Metal since June 2025, Eric has held significant positions at West Monroe, including Director and Product Team Lead from October 2019 to April 2025. Prior to that, Eric worked at GoKart Labs in various capacities such as Team Lead and Director of Technology & Operations from April 2013 to October 2019. Eric's experience also includes freelance work as a Web Designer for HardlyNeutral Consulting LLC from July 2009 to January 2016 and several roles at The Nerdery from November 2010 to January 2013, culminating as Director of Project Management. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design Technology with a focus on Computer Graphics and Multimedia Production from Bemidji State University, earned between September 1997 and May 2001.
