Blank Slate is a boutique design studio founded by Bari Jerauld and based in West London. Projects include private residences and boutique hospitality properties with a global reach.    
Bari is originally from New York and has a seasoned background in design rooted in over 20 years of practical design experience. She studied textile and furniture designs as well as interior architecture and trained under several renowned designers during years spent in New York.  Upon moving to London in 2014, Bari continued upon her passion and established Blank Slate Studio shortly thereafter.  With the founding of this new endeavour, Bari sought to create a common thread for all projects that Blank Slate chooses to engage in – the creation timeless and tailor-made spaces.  
Blank Slate is recognised for creating balanced, harmonious interiors that celebrate natural light, architectural and historic details.  Blank Slate takes a holistic and thoughtful approach to design, taking time to deeply understand the client’s perspective.  Blank Slate strives to ensure that they create comfortable, practical and approachable spaces for everyday living.  To ensure the delivery of these goals, there is hands-on collaboration with well-established partnerships: architects, builders, joiners, suppliers, craftspeople, and artists.  
Blank Slate specialises in interior architecture, with a clear aim of restoring the original fabric and beauty of any property.  Style is classic and traditional while carefully layering in both uniquely sourced and bespoke pieces that make each of the projects in Blank Slate’s book of work one-of-a-kind.  Blank Slate only selects a few projects a year to ensure we keep a hands-on approach with fully dedicated resources that are well-positioned to deliver a well-orchestrated product.   Blank Slate achieves best results when investing their time and energy in projects that share the same ethos with a clear passion for restoration, individuality, and classicism.
