Mike Collins

Mike Collins has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mike is currently the VP of Delivery at Blankfactor, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT and Cloud Operations at Smule, Inc. from an unknown start date until June 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of Engineering R&D at Milestone Systems. Before that, they held the position of AVP Enterprise - EMEA at Sutherland Global Services, where they managed the Enterprise business line across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Mike also headed the delivery of a large team across the US, Colombia, and Bulgaria. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Head of Global Service Center Bulgaria at GfK. Prior to that, they served as the HP Site Director at Adecco from 2012 to 2015. Mike also has experience as a Global Snr. Service Level Manager at Nokia, where they ensured high service levels for Maps and Navigation services. Additionally, they worked as the General Manager at Aplus.Net from 2006 to 2010, overseeing daily operations and providing online services to SMEs and consumers. Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they were the General Manager / CTO at Business Development Corporation, where they managed customer engagement and delivered IT project management and outsourcing solutions to various sectors.

Mike Collins completed their education at Aalto University. Mike first pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business, with a focus on Services Marketing, from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they earned an MBA in International Business with a specialization in Finance from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, Mike Collins holds certifications including Certified Master NLP Practitioner and Certified NLP Practitioner from NLP Comprehensive (USA), as well as an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIM.
