Polia Gancheva

Polia Gancheva is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a focus on employer branding and integrated marketing activities. Currently serving as an Employer Brand Analyst at Blankfactor since June 2022, Polia's previous role at Concentrix from May 2014 to June 2022 involved leading communication projects, developing press releases, organizing media interviews, and managing promotional materials. Prior to that, Polia worked at IBM from 2007 to April 2014 as a Communication Advisor where responsibilities included managing internal communications and promoting the IBM Global Delivery Centers as an employer of choice. Polia began a career in corporate support at HELLENIC PETROLEUM from January 2004 to December 2007. Polia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 2006.
