Blas ar Fwyd is a Welsh Food Hub – specialising in quality foods and drinks since 1988.  

We have two sides to our company – first we serve the public on the high street of Llanrwst through our Delicatessen and Wine Shop. Our delicatessen receives a wide variety of produce, much of which either comes directly from the producers or is imported especially for Blas ar Fwyd. Our wines come from specialised vineyards throughout the world, while many of our cheeses are the product of goats, sheep and cows grazing naturally and freely on the hills of the Welsh uplands. Amser Da is our Café Bar, it is the ideal place to relax and sample great coffee, home produced savoury foods and delightful desserts made in house. Lastly, we also offer bespoke catering services, having catered for a number of events from weddings to film sets. 

The second part to our company is our wholesale distribution for retail and hospitality, offering a wide range of quality fine food and drink from both Welsh and international producers. As well as our wholesale offering, we manufacture an award winning range of soups, salads, desserts, preserves, dressings and bakery goods. We pride ourselves on our customer service, with no minimum order and free delivery to trade customers in Wales, we offer great service, choice and flexibility to supply all business establishments - large or small. We are SALSA (safe and local supplier approval) accredited, refrigerated delivery across the breadth of Wales and its borders, with all of our drivers trained to safely handle food. Our products are available for next day delivery, with items either held in stock, or made fresh to order. We provide the flexibility of selling in single units as well as by the case, allowing our customers to stock what is needed, not forced to over order.
