Program Manager II at Blast Analytics

Beth Chang has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Beth began their career as an Instructor at the University of Tennessee, then moved on to become the Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Rochester in 2000. In 2006, they became an Adjunct Instructor at Tusculum University. From 2003 to 2014, they worked at Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly Scripps Networks Interactive) as the Digital AdSales Operations Inventory and Pricing Manager. In this role, they collaborated with multiple teams to drive sales growth by 450%, from $27MM to $150MM+. In 2014, they joined Temposonics (formerly MTS Sensors) as the Project Manager, Technical Marketing. In this role, they drove the progress of complex engineering development projects and managed the transition of two large production lines from Japan to the US. In 2019, they joined Cisco as the Program Manager, Marketing Technology. Here, they used agile methodology to manage a sizeable international, cross-functional group developing a new set of business rules and processes. In 2020, they joined HZO as the Project Manager, New Product Development. In this role, they project-managed the development of a chemical recipe and machine used to apply it, and collaborated with multiple stakeholders to develop HZO’s stage gate process. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Blast Analytics as the Program Manager II. Here, they work to solve clients’ data challenges to help optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer experience, increase competitive advantage, and ultimately EVOLVE their organizations.

Beth Chang holds a PhD and MA in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Rochester. Additionally, they are certified as a PMP from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2018, and as a DASM from the Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2021.
