Furthermore, they are scheduled to complete the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2023, and they became a CXPA Professional Member through the Customer Experience Professionals Association in June 2011. Lastly, in October 2020, they acquired the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
