Jay Morse

Jay Morse is a seasoned People Operations and Operations Leader with extensive experience in scaling high-growth startups through systems, empathy, and operational clarity. They served as a Technical Recruiter at Addison Group from 2016 to 2017, and as a General Manager at Neighborhood Restaurant Group from 2009 to 2013. Jay held the position of People & Events Manager at Atlas Brew Works from 2013 to 2016, followed by a role as Sr. Manager of People & Culture Operations at DivvyCloud until its acquisition by Rapid7 in 2020, where they then became the Sr. Employee Experience Manager until 2023. Currently, Jay is a Senior People Operations Manager at BlastPoint, where they began in 2025, after serving as People Operations Manager since 2023.
