Vikram Singh

Vikram Singh is an Advisor at BlastWave. Vikram was previously with WestExec Advisors, United States Institute of Peace, Center for American Progress, and U.S. Department of State. At the Department of State, they served as Deputy Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan. Prior to that, they were a Fellow at the Center For a New American Security and Policy Analyst at the Office of the Secreatry of Defense. Vikram has also worked at the United States Department of Defense and Red Cedar Global Strategies, LLC.

Vikram Singh received their BA from University of California, Berkeley in Theirtory, Education, Natural Resource Management. Vikram then went on to receive their MA from Columbia in International Security Policy and Human Rights.
